Certain profile information and content you post — such as your display name, profile photo, and community posts — may be visible to other members of the Platform. You control how much personal information you include in your profile and community interactions. We encourage you to use a display name rather than your full legal name if you prefer additional privacy.

We will share your information with third parties for any other purpose only with your explicit consent.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active or as necessary to provide you with services. If you cancel your membership or request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within one (1) year of account closure, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (e.g., records of financial transactions).
Please note that content you have posted in community forums may remain visible to other members even after account deletion unless you delete it prior to closing your account, or unless you specifically request its removal.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS), secure password storage, and access controls limiting who within our organization can access your data.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
